A 4-week 1:1 coaching experience focused on helping you move through fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty. 02 Fearless & Free (Faith-Based or Secular)

A 6-week 1:1 coaching experience designed for deeper personal growth and resilience. This program supports you in strengthening self-trust, reconnecting with purpose, and making empowered decisions as you move forward — with greater confidence and clarity.Best for:
Women ready to go deeper after a period of reflection or healing.

03 Art for Inner Peace

An 8-week 1:1 creative coaching journey that uses art as a tool for reflection, emotional processing, and self-expression. This offering is especially supportive for those who find clarity through creating rather than talking. No artistic experience is required — the focus is on exploration, not performance.Best for:

I’m Michelle — a certified Master Life Coach and grief coach who supports women navigating loss, uncertainty, and seasons of transition. I believe healing doesn’t come from being rushed or “fixed,” but from being met with compassion, presence, and care.After losing my father, I experienced prolonged grief that left me feeling disconnected from myself and unsure how to move forward. Working with a life coach helped me process that grief, regain clarity, and reconnect with purpose. That experience shaped how I support others today — with patience, compassion, and deep respect for where each person is in their journey.My approach blends coaching, creative reflection, and optional faith-based support. Whether you’re drawn to scripture and prayer or prefer a secular, reflective process, our work together will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
